1. No Refund Policy
Please note that all sales are final. Coreblast Solutions does not offer cash or credit refunds once an order has been processed and dispatched. We encourage all clients to review technical specifications, micron sizes (e.g., GB-13 to GB-2), and material grades carefully before finalizing a purchase.
2. Replacement Only (Damaged or Incorrect Items)
In the rare event that you receive a product that is physically damaged during transit or does not match the specifications of your confirmed order, we offer a Replacement Only solution under the following conditions:
- Reporting Period: Any discrepancy or damage must be reported to our Delhi office within 48 hours of delivery.
- Evidence Required: Clear photographs of the damaged packaging and the batch label must be sent to our support email.
