• Technical Compliance: Manufactured to SAE J444, SAE J1993, ISO 11124-3 & IS 4683 standards.
• Microstructure: Fully heat-treated, homogeneous tempered martensite delivering aggressive cutting edges and high impact fatigue life.
• Hardness Tiers Available:
  - GP (40–50 HRC / 400–510 HV): Moderate hardness; rounds off during recycling. Ideal for wheel-blast descaling with reduced machine wear.
  - GL (53–60 HRC / 570–710 HV): Medium hardness; retains angularity longer. Best for structural steel, fabrication yards & rail cars.
  - GH (64–68 HRC / >800 HV): Maximum hardness; stays razor-sharp by micro-fracturing. Produces deep anchor profiles (Sa 2.5 / Sa 3) for marine coatings, rubber linings & thermal spray/metallizing.
• Complete Sizing Range: G-12, G-14, G-16, G-18, G-25, G-40, G-50, G-80, G-120 (0.12 mm to 1.70 mm).
• Blasting Compatibility: Optimized for compressed air blast rooms, portable pressure pots, and centrifugal wheel-blast machines (GP/GL).
